Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8 to 5 PM PT. 

Lead Time

Tarps & Tie Downs is committed to serving our customers with the fastest possible delivery. Ready to ship stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days while custom orders can take up to 10 business days. Please be aware that transit times do not include for the day that the order is placed, weekends and most holidays. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at (800) 788-6808 for further assistance. If an item is out of stock or discontinued, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the purchase amount.

Tracking numbers will be provided via email. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact sales@tarpstiedowns.com. For local pickup orders, we will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
